Welcome to Dartsmind! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dartsmind mobile application (the “App”), developed by ZagLab Limited. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By accessing or using Dartsmind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration & User Conduct

  • To use Dartsmind, you must register an account using a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
  • Prohibited activities include uploading illegal or offensive content, interfering with service operations, attempting unauthorized access, or reverse-engineering the app.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Services & In-App Purchases

  • Dartsmind provides features such as darts game recording, training tools, and match analysis.
  • Some features require payment through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
  • If you wish to request a refund, please contact the app store provider (such as Apple or Google) directly, as all payments are processed and handled by them. We are unable to process refunds ourselves.

User Data & Privacy

  • We store your profile data (e.g., nickname, avatar) and darts match records to provide core functionality.
  • We do not collect location data, but the app may use Bluetooth to detect nearby devices for gameplay matching.
  • Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.
  • We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising purposes.

Intellectual Property, Disclaimer & Service Termination

  • All trademarks, user interface elements, features, content, and other materials in Dartsmind are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
  • The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We may suspend, modify, or terminate the App or parts of its services at any time, for maintenance, legal, technical, or business reasons, without prior notice.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service changes, interruptions, terminations, or data loss.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding these Terms, please contact us at support@zaglab.com. We encourage friendly resolution of any disputes. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to a competent court in our principal place of business.
